Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ready Home Company's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Ready Home Company provides repair coordination services, connecting homeowners with vetted service providers. We facilitate communication, scheduling, and documentation but do not directly perform repair work. Service providers are independent contractors, not employees of Ready Home Company.

Fees and Payment

Our fee structure includes:

  • A project deposit based on the number of tasks (ranging from $250 to $1,500)
  • A 10% coordination fee on completed work, due after repairs are finished
  • You pay service providers directly at their quoted rates - we do not mark up contractor prices

Service Provider Guarantee

We guarantee that assigned service providers will contact you within 48 hours of assignment. If a provider fails to meet this standard, please notify us immediately and we will reassign the task to another qualified provider.

Limitation of Liability

Ready Home Company acts as a coordination service and is not liable for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of work performed by service providers. Disputes regarding workmanship should be addressed directly with the service provider. We will assist in facilitating resolution when possible.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your property and repair needs
  • Be available for scheduled appointments with service providers
  • Pay invoices in a timely manner
  • Communicate any issues or concerns promptly

Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time. If you cancel a project after work has begun, you are responsible for payment of any completed work plus applicable coordination fees on that work.
