How quickly can repairs begin?
Once you upload your inspection report and we assign contractors, they will contact you within 48 hours. Most repairs can begin within 3-5 business days depending on contractor availability.
Do I pay the contractors through Ready Home Co?
No. Our contractors invoice and collect payment from you directly. This keeps their prices honest and eliminates any markup. You are only paying us for coordination services.
What is the Digital Binder?
Your Digital Binder is a secure online folder containing your agreement, inspection report, punchlist items, contractor invoices, and before/after photos. It is available for download for 60 days after project completion.
